We had a great time cooking Cebuchon. Also known as a Pork Belly Lechon Roll or Lechon Liempo, this tasty treat is a popular hometown favorite in the Philippines.
This recipe involves taking the tastiest portion of the pork belly and rolling it up with a combination of herbs & spices before giving the slab a slow-roasted treatment to maximize the flavor. When properly prepared, the combination of succulent meat and crackling skin is simply irresistible.
In our case, we used some organic herbs from our garden and also topped it off with some Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning to give it an extra kick.
